INGREDIENTS (dry herbs)

◻︎Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
◻︎Mushrooms (large) 400 gr.
◻︎Mie nests 10 pcs.
◻︎Onion 1x
◻︎Carrots 2x
◻︎Garlic cloves 6x
◻︎Lemongrass powder 1 tsp.
◻︎Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
◻︎Coriander 1 tsp.
◻︎Cumin powder 1 tsp.
◻︎Dry chili 1 tsp.
◻︎Fish sauce 2 tbsp.
◻︎Galanga powder 1 tsp.
◻︎Ginger (dried) 3 pcs.
◻︎Basil 1 tsp.
◻︎Brown Sugar 1 tbsp.
◻︎Sea salt 1 tsp.
◻︎Black Pepper 1 tsp.
◻︎Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
◻︎(Coconut) Cream 400 ml.
◻︎Almond 2 pcs.

TOOLS

◻︎Wok
◻︎Peeler
◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Teaspoon
◻︎Tablespoon
◻︎Stirring spoon

MISE en PLACE

1. Finely chop the Onions and Carrots.
2. Coarsely chop 3 cloves Garlic.
3. Coarsely chop Almonds.
4. Place everything clearly and ready on the counter for Preparation.

PREPARATION
◻︎Bring 2 tbsp. Sunflower oil in the wok over medium-high heat.
◻︎Add Onions,  1 tsp. Lemongrass, 1 tsp. Turmeric, 1 tsp. Coriander, 1 tsp. Cumin + Carrots.
◻︎Stir to mix.
TURN HEAT LOW.
◻︎Add: 3 coarse garlic + 3 cloves Garlic.
◻︎Add: 1 tsp. dry chili, 2 tbsp. Fish sauce. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add: 1 tsp. Galanga, 3 pcs. Ginger Ingwer. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add: 1 tsp. Basil, 1 tbsp. brown Sugar, 1 tsp. Sea salt, 1 tsp. black Pepper+ 1 tbsp. Lemon juice.
◻︎Add: 400 ml. (Coconut)Cream. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add Mushrooms. Stir to mix.
◻︎Add Almonds. Stir to mix. Place Mushrooms on 1 side. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Boil Mie (follow package instructions).
◻︎Mie ready.
◻︎ Jamur done. TURN HEAT OFF. SELAMAT MAKAN!
