◻︎Brown Beans 450 gram (pot) I Package? *Follow the instructions on the package.
◻︎Tomatoes 3x
◻︎Onions 2x
◻︎Red Chillie 3x
◻︎Avocado 1x
◻︎Garlic 2 cloves
◻︎Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
◻︎Chili flakes 1 tbsp.
◻︎Coriander 1 tbsp.
◻︎Surinamese pigment balls 1 tbsp.
◻︎Vegetable Bouillon cube 1x
◻︎Masala powder (Indian spice) 1 tbsp.
◻︎Bea leaf 1x
◻︎Turmeric 2x 
◻︎Soja Cream 250 ml.
◻︎Tomato puree 2 tbsp.

TOOLS

◻︎Wok (Wadjan) 
◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Cutting board
◻︎Tablespoon
◻︎Ladl

MISE en PLACE
1. Dice the Tomatoes.
2. Coarsely chop ◻︎Onions ◻︎Garlic ◻︎Rode Chillies.
3. Cut the Avocado into sections.
4. Place everything orderly on the countertop.

DISH *Let everything simmer during preparation.
1. Set the wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add oil and bring to temperature.
3. Add onions to the pan. Add garlic. Stir whole gently.
4. Add Vegetable Bouillon cube. Stir gently.
5. Add Turmeric. Let simmer.
6. Add Tomatoes. Add Masala. Stir to combine.
9. Simmer for 20 minutes. Stir gently occasionally.
10. Add red Lomboks (chillies). Add Chili flakes. Stir gently all over.
11. Add Avocado. Stir gently. TURN HEAT TO LOW.
12. Allow whole to simmer. Stirring occasionally, flatten Tomatoes.
13. Add Pigment balls. Allow to infuse for 5 minutes.
16. Add Bea Leaf. Add Coriander. Stir gently.
18. Add Soy cream. Stir gently until 1 whole.
19. Simmer whole 10 minutes.
20. Add Tomato puree. Stir gently.
21. Simmer entire 10 minutes. Stir gently occasionally.
22. Add brown beans. Stir gently. Entire 10 minutes simmer.
