EASY SPAGHETTI

INGREDIëNTEN (2 personen)

  • Mince Meat 250 gr.
  • Big ONION 1x
  • MUSHROOM 5 pcs.
  • red CHILLI 1x
  • SPRING ONIONS 2x
  • GARLIC 2 pcs.
  • TOMATOES 4x
  • red PAPRIKA 1x
  • PAPRIKA powder 3 tsp.
  • KURKUMA powder 3 tsp.
  • KETCHUP 3 tbsp.
  • BOUILLON BLOCK 1x
  • OLIVE OIL
  • SPAGHETTI 250 gr.

TOOLS

  • Wajang
  • Cooking pan (spaghetti)
  • Cutting board
  • Peeler
  • Carving knife
  • Ladle
  • Sealing Tray (left-over)
  • Fork

MISE en PLACE

1. Finely chop the onion, mushrooms, spring onions, garlic, red chilli. Set aside.
2. Coarsely chop the tomatoes.
3. Pit the paprika, cut into small cubes.
4. Lay all ingredients out clearly on the countertop, ready to use.

PREPARE
1. Heat the wajang with a little oil on the bottom.
2. Add the minced meat, onion, mushrooms, red chillies to the pan. Stir gently.
3. Let this all stir for 10 min on medium-high heat. Then turn the heat to low.
4. Add the garlic, tomatoes and stock cube. Stir the whole thing gently.
5. Add spring onions, paprika, paprika powder, kurkuma powder, ketchup.
Stir everything gently together.

6. On low heat simmer for 10 minutes.
SPAGHETTI
1. Water boils in the pan.
2. Add the spaghetti with a little sea salt and oil in the pan.

2. Depending on the spaghetti type, cook for 12-15 minutes.
3. Using a fork, occasionally loosen the spaghetti from each other.
4. Spaghetti ready, drain water.
5. Add spaghetti to pan with mince sauce.
6. Gently stir everything together. Turn off the heat.
Food ready. Serving up. Selamat makan!

TIP: Have leftover. Store this cooled in a sealable container in the fridge or
in the freezer for a later moment.
