â—»Brown beans 500 gr.
â—»Onions (large) 2 pcs.
â—»Garlic 4 tntjs.
â—»Tomatoes 4 pcs.
◻︎Tomato puree 3 tbsp.
â—»Red lombok 3 pcs.
â—»Sea salt
â—»Federated sugar
â—»Curry (yellow)
â—»Kunjit root (turmeric)
◻︎Coconut cream 500 ml.
◻︎Olive oil 2 tbsp.

â—»Cutting board
◻︎Peeling knife
◻︎Cutting knife
◻︎Closeable containers

Brown Beans (raw)
â—»Wash the beans first before soaking them overnight (in water). 
â—»Before using them, rinse the beans thoroughly.
â—»Cook for about 60 minutes.
â—»Pour out the liquid and let them cool down well.
◻︎Like brown beans from jar, put it ready for use.

Chopping (fine chopping)
◻︎Unions◻︎Garlic◻︎Tomatoes diced◻︎Lomboks.
◻︎Place everything neatly on the counter for preparation.
◻︎Set the fire to middle position◻︎Pan well hot, add oil. 
â—»When the oil is hot enough add the tofu. You can hear it sizzling in the pan.
â—»Take the tofu out of the pan. Leave the oil in the pan.
Add: ◻︎Unions◻︎Garlic◻︎Tomaten◻︎Tomatenpuree◻︎Lomboks◻︎Sea salt◻Pepper
◻︎Bastard Sugar◻︎Curry (yellow)◻︎Kunjit (turmeric)◻︎Coconut cream.
â—»Simmer for about 30 minutes on low heat. Keep stirring now and then.
Add: ◻︎Brown beans ◻︎Ca. 30 minutes simmering at low heat.
â—»Finally add the tofu and stir.
â—»Simmer for around 15 minutes.
