◻︎Basmati rice 300 gr.
◻Sperji beans 500 gr (frozen)
◻Leaf spinach 500 gr (fresh)
◻Onion 1 piece.
◻Garlic 2 tntjs.
◻Sea salt 2 tsp.
◻︎Nutmeg 2 tsp.
◻︎Red Lombok 1 tsp.
◻Brown sugar 3 tsp.
◻︎Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.
◻Electric rice cooker
If you don't have an electric rice cooker, follow the instructions on the packaging.
◻︎Cook the rice first so it can dry properly.
◻︎Place the washed rice in the pan under a fingertip (index finger) of water.
◻︎Lid the pan, turn on the knob and the rest is done by itself.
◻︎The rice is ready. Using a rice spoon, spatulate the rice loose from the side.
◻Put the lid back on the rice pan.
◻︎Chop the lombok, the garlic fine◻︎Chop the onion fine, the tomatoes in cubes.
◻Prepare the vegetables and ingredients.
◻︎Fill the wajang with water ◻︎Set the pan on a medium-high heat.
◻︎The water is boiling, add the green beans into the water.
◻︎Cook this for about 10 minutes with lid ◻︎Set the heat to low.
◻︎Take the beans out of the wajang ◻︎Leave the remaining water in the pan.
Turn the heat to high and add:
◻Add the green beans to the pan◻︎Gently stir everything together
◻Turn the heat down to low. Let it simmer for 10 minutes with de lid on the pan.
◻Remove the lid from the pan and put the spinach on top of the beans.
◻Stir everything gently. ◻Cook the dish for around 15 minutes on a low heat, stirring continuously, without the lid.
