How did JENs passion start?
My roots are in Indonesia, where my parents were born. They are the ones to whom I own my cooking gene.
By travelling, I have tasted, tested and cooked with fantastic products. 
It is this combination of smells and tastes that has always fascinated me. 
Creative cooking with little to more in diversity.
I love varied food with a spicy edge. Love for cooking, my passion.

The website: the concept, my recipes, the BLOGs, just like Rome, wasn't built in one day.
After a long period of working, with love and pleasure, the time has come.

JOYFULLY, I TAKE A BITE AT THE FIRST JUICY TOMATO.
A FINE VEGETABLE FOR PREPARING VARIOUS DISHES, SALADS, SAUCES OR SOUP BASES. SO YOU ALWAYS HAVE SOUP FOR WHEN YOU FEEL HUNGRY.
AFTER THE HARVEST, I WASH VARIOUS VEGETABLES AND DISTRIBUTE THEM IN PACKAGES FOR THE FREEZER. I ALWAYS HAVE VEGETABLES IN STOCK.
