â—»Onion (large) 1 piece.
◻︎Paprika (yellow) 1 piece.
â—»Bacon slices 2 pcs.
◻︎Garlic 3 pcs.
◻︎Tomato puree (cup)
◻︎Pickled cabbage 1/2
◻︎Bulb cabbage 1/2
â—»Brown beans (large pot)
â—»Sweatjuice manis
â—»Garlic
â—»Sea salt
◻︎Pepper
◻︎Olive oil 2 tbsp.
◻︎Djahe fresh (10 cm)
â—»Nutmeg
◻︎Chili flakes

WITHOUT MEAT
If you do not want meat in this dish, leave out this part.

WITH MEAT
For the meat lovers, we'll start with the meat first.
â—»Put a pan of water on the fire.
â—»The water boils, put the meat in the pan with water.
◻Turn off the fire.◻︎Take the foam out of the pan and then the meat.
◻︎Lay the meat on the cutting board to cool and pat dry. 
◻︎Peel the ginger and rub it dosed over the meat with:
◻︎ salt ◻︎ pepper ◻︎ nutmeg. Now this can be left to settle.

â—»Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Cut: ◻︎ui ◻︎tomatoes into small cubes.
◻︎Leave the chopped onion and tomatoes (separately) on the cutting board.
◻︎Cut the pepper into pieces and place on a plate.
◻︎Cut half the pointed cabbage into coarse pieces
◻︎Place them next to the pepper.
â—»Divide half the cauliflower into small stumps on another plate.
â—»Cut the (cooled) meat into small cubes.
â—»Put the brown beans in a bowl. 
◻︎Put everything on the counter and the wajang on the cooker. 
The dish:
◻Switch the fire to the middle position◻︎Add the olive oil to the wajang.
Add: ◻︎potatoes◻︎sea salt ◻︎pepper ◻︎nutmeg.
â—»Add the crushed garlic and stir gently.
◻After 10 minutes, add: ◻︎ onion◻︎ ketchup manis.
â—»Simmer until the onions are translucent.
â—»Add the meat, diced tomatoes and tomato puree.
â—»In between, gently stir the whole thing. â—»ď¸ŽThe meat is cooked. 
Add: ◻︎Pickled cabbage◻︎paprika◻︎chili flakes ◻︎bulb cabbage ◻︎pepper◻︎cauliflower ◻︎Brown beans cooked with a bite and stir gently.
