◻Basmati rice 300 grams
◻Winter carrots 1 piece
◻Onions 2 pcs.
◻Garlic 3 tntjs.
◻︎Verse Ginger (10 cm)
◻︎Red pepper 1 st.
◻︎Sambal 1 tsp.
◻︎Ketjap Manis 3 sp.
◻Turmeric 1 sp.
◻Ketoembar 1 sp.
◻︎Pepper 1 sp.
◻︎Sunflower oil 2 sp.
◻Electric rice cooker
If you do not have an electric rice cooker, follow the instructions on the packaging.
◻︎Cook the rice first so it can dry properly.
◻︎Place the washed rice in the pan under a fingertip (index finger) of water. ◻︎Lid the pan, turn on the knob and the rest is done by itself.
◻︎The rice is ready. Using a rice spoon, spatulate the rice loose from the side.
◻Put the lid back on the rice pan.
◻Clean the carrot and cut into thin strips.
◻Peel the onion and cut it into large cubes.
◻Chop the red pepper finely.
◻Clean and chop the garlic.
◻︎Peel the outside of the ginger and finely grate the ginger.
◻︎Place everything neatly on the counter for preparation.
◻︎Put the wajang on medium heat. ◻︎When the pan is hot add the oil.
◻︎Fry the chopped onion with◻︎pepper and ◻︎ginger. Bake the onions glazy.
Ad: ◻︎Lombok◻︎Sambal◻︎Zout◻︎Kurkuma◻︎Peper ◻︎Ketoembar.
◻Turn down the heat and stir gently. ◻After 5 minutes add the winter carrots.
◻︎After 10 minutes add ◻︎rice to the pan◻︎ketjap◻︎sambal to taste.
